Delivery

• Delivery anywhere in North Cyprus: 150 TL. Free on orders over 1.500 TL.
• Free pickup in İskele.
• Every product shows an estimated delivery time, counted from when your payment is confirmed.
• When your order is ready we'll message you on WhatsApp to arrange the address and time.

Cancellations & returns

• Free cancellation until the item has been ordered from our supplier.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item: message us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.
• If we can't get an item for you: full refund or a similar alternative — your choice.
