Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to every order placed with Lumor ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them.
1. Orders and sourcing
Most products are not held in stock. They are sourced for you from trusted suppliers in the European Union (including the Republic of Cyprus and Germany) after your order and payment have been received. This is why each product page shows an estimated delivery time.
Your order is confirmed once your payment has been verified. If we are unable to source a product, we will contact you and, at your choice, refund the full amount or offer a similar alternative.
2. Prices
All prices are in Turkish Lira and include customs, taxes and import costs. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Prices may change with exchange rates; the price of your order is fixed at the moment you place it.
3. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer (TL, EUR or GBP). If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order is cancelled automatically. Please include your order code in the transfer description.
4. Delivery times
Delivery times shown are estimates and are counted from the moment your payment is confirmed. Delays caused by suppliers, shipping or customs can occur; if that happens we will keep you updated on WhatsApp.
5. Cancellations and returns
You may cancel free of charge until the item has been ordered from our supplier. Once an item has been ordered for you, cancellations and returns are not accepted, except for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect — contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund them.
6. Warranty
Products come with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Lumor does not provide additional warranties beyond the manufacturer's terms.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
