Yes. Everything is sourced from official retailers and trusted suppliers in Europe.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer (TL, EUR or GBP). Bank details are shown after you place your order. Please pay within 24 hours.
How long does delivery take?
Each product page shows an estimated delivery time, counted from when your payment is confirmed.
How much is delivery?
150 TL, free on orders over 1.500 TL. Pickup in İskele is always free.
Will I pay customs fees?
No. All taxes and customs costs are included in the price.
Can you get a product that isn't on the site?
Most likely! Fill in the request form and we'll send you a price on WhatsApp.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until the item has been ordered from our supplier.
